We had been new car shopping for a few weeks. We had not considered a Honda Pilot because we thought it would be too expensive. We had not found a deal on anything that enticed us to buy. We heard a radio ad and called Bianchi's and talked to Josh Elliott. He was immediately personable and professional so we came that day to see him. We arrived 20 minutes after our initial conversation. He was with another customer and handed us off to his close and very competant sales buddy - Bill Donor. Bill helped us with our "maiden voyage" test drive of the Pilot. The Pilot was by far the most comfortable, best handling vehicle of the several we had considered and driven. Earlier that day we discussed holding off doing anything for another few months but we were so impressed with the Pilot we had to see if we could get a "deal" good enough to convince us to lease one.
I have been around the block enough to know when a salesperson is pressuring me. We were not pressured at all by anyone. The "deal" was so compelling - no one had to! Obviously we accepted or we would not be writing this referal/recommendation of Josh Elliott and Bill Donor. But what helped cement the process was Heather Cloutier. (Thanks Heather!!) I give high marks to all that assited us and have no buyers remorse or any second guesses. Thanks everyone - we will be in-touch!

On Friday, November 18 I had an accident with my 2002 Honda Odyssey. The car was brought to your dealership soon after. The Service Department seemed to working in an overcapactiy mode and my vehicle having two right side tires and bent both wheels, ect. presented just one more hurdle for your service operation.
I soon was able to tell my tale of woe to Scott Fling and he instantly saw my predicament - out of home territory, no rims in stock, Friday afternoon, and my desire to get home to Rochester. He went to work on my problem arriving at a plan to inspect the van to determine what needed to be done for me to get back on the road. The wheels were to be Fed-Ex. over night, he got me a rental at your dealership's reduced rate so I could get a motel, and he filled Chris Lehman, Jr. on the status of everything so he could take over on Saturday.
Chris had the mechanics go right to work as soon as the wheels arrived on Saturday. But my problems weren't over. The right front tire was bent back about two inches due to a bent strut and possibly other problems. Chris and the mechanics had the vehicle road tested and after much consultation, we all agreed the van could limp home at 40 miles per hour without danger to my wife and me.
Both Scott and Chris went out of their way to treat me with the highest level of service. I am not a customer of your dealership, nor do I have a long standing relationship with your Service Department, nor am I likely to enter your operations in the future. You should be very proud to have two "gentlemen" in your organization of the caliber of Scott and Chris. The mechanics out on the service floor were polite and helpful. Service like that demonstrated is one of the keys of my loyalty to Honda and its vehicles.

I was on the look-out for an SUV for a few weeks. Everywhere I went, no one wanted to deal with winter coming up. I was looking for a Trailblazer or an Envoy and was planning to go to another dealership when I decided to turn into Bianchi just for the heck of it. We were greeted by Shawn Glavin who asked me if I ever thought about a Honda Pilot? I said no, and he found one "hidden" among other vehicles. Long story short, I test drove it, liked it and made a good deal. I got what I was pretty much asking for and believe I got more vehicle for the price than I would've goten elsewhere. I drove off the lot that night in sort of a hurry and noticed something not quite right with my passenger side mirro. I called Shawn a few days later after realizing there was a crack in the mirror. No problem, they will take care of that for me at no extra charge. All-in-all it was the best car-buying experience I've had in a very long time. Thanks to Shawn (look him up when you go there) and Bianchi Honda!

Without a doubt you have the best service department that I have ever been to over the years. I would be hard pressed to rate one person over another as I have always been treated very well by all of them. I recently had my Odyssey up to be checked out because of a clunking noise I heard whenever I stopped hard. I took everything out of the vehicle, checked the spare tire compartment, checked under the seats, re-arranged the seats and checked in the compartment in the middle in front of the 2nd row seats to now avail. After a few minutes a smiling and very personable service manager Chris Krepps said lets go for a quick spin to see if you still hear the noise. Not hearing anything clunking, he showed me two spray cans of wasp and bug spray that were in a little compartment that I never knew existed in front of the bigger one in the floor. Thanks to him I won't have to go to the mental health clinic for hearing mysterious things.

I love my new CR-V and so does my family, especially my daughter and son in law. I took it over to my brothers this morning (he is the brother with the inspection station) and he said I did good and got his approval, which really means a lot to me.

My wife & I (Erie residents) were on our way to Butler, PA to look at 2 CRV's for sale. Before we got on I-79 I suggested we take a quick peek at Bianchi's. We found a loaded used CRV that we really liked, test drove it, and then discussed the price with the salesman (Larry Smith). I let him know we liked the CRV but were on our way to Butler to look at others. I gave him a price we would like to pay and mentioned I'd like to keep the business local rather than downstate. Larry went to talk to his sales manager, and shortly there after came back saying they would honor the offer I made. On the approved offer sheet were the words "Keeping business in town". My wife & I were quite pleased they accpeted the offer on the spot and we concluded the sale after working with Heather the business manager. No trip to Butler! Their service team does a great job and does not try to rip off by offering extra parts or work that is "needed". They are very honest and straight forward. Any future car shopping will always begin with Bianchi!

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience I had at Bianchi Honda. I am a recent 66 year old widow who was purchasing a car by myself for the first time. You should also know that I have two grown sons and a 16 year old grandson who are very protective of me. After visiting several car lots and doing much homework, I decided on the Honda CR-V LX. My younger son went to Bianchi Honda and found a salesperson he liked and he thought would be very good to me, Ted Rau. A few weeks later my son and I met with Ted to purchase my car. Ted was great and very accommodating to my son's questions. Ted later introduced us to Heather Cloutier for financial info. She was a very friendly and wonderful person to work with. All info was taken and the order for the CRV was placed. A few days later my CRV was here.
On Monday, Heather called and an appointment was made for later that evening to get the car, do final paperwork, etc. My older son and grandson came with me. The whole experience was great! Heather had everything ready, got me a great financing rate, explained everything very thoroughly with no pressure. We met with Ted and went over final information and I got the keys!
Both Ted and Heather are great assets to Bianchi Honda and I absolutely love my CRV! I understand that my son, Doug, called you on Monday and thanked you for the way Ted and Heather took car of me. My 2003 Nissan is now being driven by my grandson and my sons have both had several Hondas. You are dealing with an entire family who are very satisfied with the Porreco name and the Nissan and Honda service departments. Again, thank you and Bianchi Honda for people like Ted and Heather for taking such good care of me!

I had previously purchased a vehicle from Bianchi Honda in 2004 and had a good experience and so when I went looking for a new Honda I saw the newspaper ad and did some research on available products and Bianchi Honda had exactly what I was looking for in a gorgeous 2006 Honda CR-V EX. I sent an email and received a quick response, after an exchange of my wishes he came back with a price that was better than I had hoped for. I went in and they showed my husband and myself some of the features that another Honda dealer had not and then we did the paperwork for the purchase. The vehicle was prep'd while we did the paperwork and then went over all of the options and features with me personally before I drove off. I was pleased with my experience in 2004 and had that experience renewed last night. I would be proud to recommend purchasing from Bianchi Honda.
